Spring cleaning season is just around the corner, and I'm starting with our refrigerator and freezers. We're going to do a pantry/freezer challenge to use up most of our food supply.
You'll probably notice a lot of repetition in my menu planning as I work my way through our stockpiles.
Breakfast:
Chocolate muffins
Egg sandwiches on English muffins
Lunch:
BLT's and potato salad
Leftovers
Sandwiches
Dinner:
Empanadas (our focus on the Dominican Republic continues)
Beef roast, twiced baked potatoes,
Grilled venison tenderloin, roasted red potatoes
Manicotti, garlic knots
I'm limiting all grocery shopping to the produce and dairy aisles for this week, and hoping only to spend $50. Hopefully that will cover the gallons of Gatorade Avery needs to drink.
I hope you'll all stick with me through this challenge. I'll probably need some inspiration from time to time!
